▶Objectives
The main objectives of Roma-GEM project are: - SO1: Empower Roma Girls through Inclusive Mentorship - SO2: Strengthen Educational & Professional Development - SO3: Conduct a Needs-Based, Data-Driven Approach - SO4: Enhance Digital Access & Learning Opportunities - SO5: Ensure Sustainability & Long-Term Impact, to tackle the low level of Roma’s educational skills, high discrimination rates in the private sector & the gender gap in the labor market.

• Management activities (Steering, Quality & Monitoring Committees) • Primary research activities on Roma community needs in education and employment • Development of training materials for Roma youth • Design and implementation of mentoring workshops • Development of monitoring & evaluation • Stakeholder engagement activities with local communities, business support organizations, and policy-makers. • Dissemination and promotion of project results to relevant EU platforms and networks.
▶Impact
The project results are as follows: • Community-Based Participatory Research (CBPR) • Development of an e-platform • Creation of an educational Toolkit • Organization of four (4) Showcase Events • Promotion of networking opportunities and collaboration between Roma women entrepreneurs and key stakeholders. • Dissemination Strategy (Newsletters, Press Releases, Events, Social Media Campaigns)
