ZenZone aims to empower young people aged 15-19 to balance their digital and offline lives using the 7 Types of Rest concept. The project seeks to foster digital resilience and promote mental health among Generation Z, while equipping youth workers with supportive tools. By implementing this programme, ZenZone strives to help young people reduce digital overload, develop restful hobbies, and enhance their overall well-being in the digital age.

β–ΆActivities

ZenZone will conduct co-creation workshops with GenZ, expert consultations, and desk research. The project will host training events for youth workers, implement pilot testing, and develop online learning modules. Activities include creating educational content, e-learning systems, and performing translations. Dissemination efforts will involve website management, social media campaigns, and organizing multiplier events. Regular partner meetings will ensure effective project implementation.

Expected Results: ZenZone Guidebook: Best practices for integrating restful hobbies into youth work, enhancing mental well-being. Toolkit: Strategies and resources for youth-centered training, focusing on implementing the 7 Types of Rest. Online Educational Resources: A platform for youth workers to access and share methodologies for promoting digital balance. E-Learning Platform: Digital access for youth to explore restful activities and build emotional resilience.
