In 4SiM, University of Oulu, University of Kragujevac, TU Dublin, ELINYAE and Spindox Labs srl. collaborate to create a novel simulation environment of socio-technical systems in manufacturing and a related learning platform. The simulation requirements are derived from Lean Production, safety, human factors and integrated management systems. The results enable educators of the European manufacturing workforce to provide learners with skills needed in Industry 4.0 and Industry 5.0 environments.
