IN-BOUND increases career awareness and industry 5.0 future-ready competences among disadvantaged young VET finalists and job seekers, preparing them for process industry entry-level roles while reshaping this industry’s perception among youth. It strengthens VET teachers, trainers, and career counsellors by providing structured career guidance resources and fosters employer-learner engagement through networking events, ensuring better industry alignment and employability opportunities.

Partners will develop and test career guidance tools for young people – competences framework, job profile avatars, interactive video; host a capacity-building workshop and create a toolkit for VET teachers, trainers, and career counsellors; design and develop an online platform to integrate all resources as OER; facilitate employer-learner networking events; organise a pan-European event to promote process industry career pathways; and ensure broad dissemination of the project results.

IN-BOUND will deliver a competence framework outlining industry 5.0 future-ready skills, job profile avatars showcasing process industry career paths, an interactive video simulating real workplace challenges, and a how-to toolkit for VET teachers, trainers, and career counsellors. An online platform will host all resources as OER, complemented by a capacity-building workshop, employer-learner networking events, and a pan-European final summit to foster industry engagement and awareness.
