▶Objectives
The MAQUETTE project trains professionals in the cultural sector (artists, managers, technicians) and young graduates to organise sustainable, inclusive and innovative artistic events. It promotes eco-responsible practices in the production, dissemination and consumption of art, while raising public awareness. Through a combination of face-to-face and digital training, MAQUETTE aims to create a new generation of cultural players committed to sustainable and inclusive art.
▶Activities
The MAQUETTE project comprises 5 key activities to train cultural professionals and promote sustainable practices: - Management , coordinated by Lira Transalpina - On-line and in-presence training, coordinated by Sotterranea with the help of Lira Transalpina - Mobility in France, coordinated by Lira Transalpina - Communication and Dissemination, coord. by Sotterranea with the help of Lira Transalpina - Monitoring and Evaluation of results, coord. by Lira Transalpina
▶Impact
To train 20 cultural workers (artists, technicians, artistic directors) aged between 18 and 45 in sustainable practices in the creation of a multidisciplinary artistic festival. The competences acquired are certified on the Europass platform and the training material is hosted on an open platform in the form of Open Educational Resources (OERs). Communication is ensured by capillary dissemination in various forms (website, social networks, academic articles).
