▶Objectives
This project, led by the SCIC Cité Phares and Maison des Volontaires in France, as well as Boodaville in Spain, aims to bring out good educational and managerial practices with the aim of renewing and enriching the frame of reference and the meaning of their action in a context of multiple challenges for the sector in the post-covid era: ecological and social transition, civic engagement of young people and dissemination of a culture of democracy, and finally the search for new economic model.
▶Activities
After an initial launch seminar in Paris to establish the foundations of the collaboration, learning visits will be organized in Paris and Barcelona to discover innovative projects and exchange practices between professionals. A digital and audiovisual intercultural educational guide will be co-created to disseminate these practices to educational stakeholders by adapting them to local specificities. Finally, practical tests will assess the effectiveness of the tools developed.
▶Impact
Educational actors have renewed their mode of action and have opened up to the comparison of intercultural practices. Structure managers have consolidated the professions of their socio-educational teams at the same time as they have imported innovative projects or unique ways of doing things for their organization. The tools created, trilingual, attractive and easily appropriate, allow for wide dissemination to professionals in local or European ecosystems.
