Objectives

Our project aims to accelerate the training of adults, particularly low-skilled job seekers and young people under 26, to actively engage them in the ecological transition. Through a European exchange, we will identify the key factors for effectively training these groups on ecological issues. A pilot action will involve 50 low-skilled job seekers and young people under 26, and a set of recommendations will be produced for 50 European organizations.

Activities

The project includes 4 activities: 1. Cross-analysis of levers: Exchanges between Bihar and Naturablai to assess strengths/weaknesses and define levers for ecological transition training. 2. Integration of levers into our practices and organization of a pilot action for 50 job seekers and young people under 26. 3. Writing and dissemination of a set of recommendations to 50 transition actors, both in-person and online. 4. Project management and coordination.

Impact
