We aim to transform the role of bystanders who witness gender-based violence and discrimination in the workplace. We will put a particular focus on commitment dynamics to mobilize and empower men as allies to foster gender equality and build an inclusive shared culture. The development of the tool we want to create must ensure accessibility for professionals and workers across all sectors and working conditions.

Based on a Franco-Belgian consortium (Alter Egaux and Le Monde Selon les Femmes), we are developing a partnership project leading to the production and distribution of an innovative training tool. To achieve this, partner organizations will share their tools and practices while strengthening their skills. Regular group work sessions will be held over 16 months until the completion of the new digital tools.

We aim to encourage and drive behavioral change by inspiring those who watch our video to take action. Our goal is to design an accessible and universal tool, ensuring its adaptability within both French and Belgian societies while remaining relevant wherever it is broadcasted.
