▶Objectives
Our objective is to improve the school climate, which will benefit both students and staff, and which, by allowing everyone to flourish, to find more motivation and pleasure in teaching, will restore their confidence in the institution and in themselves and will give them the means to express their full potential and improve the mastery of their skills (academic and professional).
▶Activities
We will implement virtual activities as well as activities requiring mobility of staff from the establishments concerned. Each participating establishment will offer the others a participatory immersion and training in its practices (inclusion of allophone students in France, outdoor activities in Latvia, artistic activities to learn to better express one's emotions in Italy, co-construction of projects with after-school teams in Sweden
▶Impact
We want to show, with figures to support it, a decrease in incidents between students and a better satisfaction of the educational community and students. For this last point, we will carry out an evaluation before the start of the project, as well as at the end. We will also establish a comparison between the figures for school absenteeism before the implementation of the project and after its completion.
