Objectives

Our project aims to equip educators with tools for effective Transnational Literature Clubs (TLC), promote literacy, enhance key competences, boost multilingual and digital skills, and address digital transformation. We aim to foster a love for reading, improve literacy skills, and promote cross-cultural interaction and collaboration by engage them in on-site and virtual TLC activities. With dissemination efforts, we aim to attract more schools from all around Europe in our future Virtual TLCs.

Activities

We will implement various activities, including virtual and physical mobilities, workshops, online courses, and collaborative literature-based activities. These activities will involve reading world classics, engaging in discussions, creative writing, digital collaboration, and the creation of educational resources. We will develop a comprehensive guidebook for educators with detailed instructions and all necessary components of a TLC to foster reading and interaction among European students.

Impact

We anticipate our project to yield enhanced educator capacity, improved literacy skills, and increased key competences among students. Additionally, we aim to foster multilingual and digital competences, create educational resources, and establish sustainable partnerships for future collaboration in literacy promotion and cross-cultural understanding, which will create an atmosphere where we can foster European Values among our students. A comprehensive guidebook for educators will be developed.
