▶Objectives
Improve the employability of vulnerable populations through micro-trainings tailored to market needs. Promote professional inclusion of underrepresented and distanced groups. Strengthen collaboration between businesses, public organizations, and social entities to create sustainable employment pathways. Facilitate recruitment with a new approach focused on professional gestures. Innovate by developing educational tools based on this approach.
▶Activities
We will develop a professional skills guide, certified micro-trainings, and an interactive web platform. Activities include designing and testing the training with partner companies, certifying skills through tripartite agreements (gentleman agreements), and conducting trainer training workshops for support staff. The dissemination of results and tools will be carried out at a European level to maximise impact.
▶Impact
The project's tools will be transferable. It will create two catalogues focusing on sectors in shortage (WP2), accompanied by micro-trainings validated by social partners (tripartite agreement) (WP3). A digital platform and educational videos will illustrate these professional gestures (WP4). It will enhance skills and employability, support inclusive and sustainable career paths, and contribute to the development of a European framework for micro-training and micro-certification.
