University administrative staff play a critical role in the internationalization of higher education. To perform their duties efficiently, they require robust plurilingual and intercultural competences. These skills enable them to better manage mobility programs, facilitate international collaboration and support international students/staff. These competences enhance their professional performance, ensuring that internationalization efforts are executed with deeper cultural sensitivity.

Development of an 8 weeks Intercultural competence development program (online asynchronous) (WP3) 3. Organization of a 1 week mobility period for all participants (on-site) (WP4) Project management (WP1) and Communication/Dissemination (WP5) will complement this activity plan.
