Objectives

EGAL-I aims to enhance the capacity of HEIs to address socio-academic inclusion of refugee students through academia-society cooperation and open innovation. EGAL-I's specific objectives are: Sp.Obj1:Forge a shared vision and upskilling of HE staff in socio-academic inclusion (3 thematic areas) of refugee students through transdisciplinary and action-oriented learning. Sp.Obj2:Deploy refugee student-centred actions and impact assessment to strengthen cross-sectoral synergies for resilience.

Activities

The EGAL-I partnership will implement 21 activities split in 4 Work Packages (WPs): WP1 Project management: 11 activities WP2 Upskilling of academic communities towards socio-academic empowerment: 3 activities WP3 Deployment of socio-academic empowerment actions: 4 activities (cf. ANNEX III Action fiche & ANNEX VI Associated partners) WP4 Impact, sustainability and resilience: 5 activities
