▶Objectives
The project aims to drive sustainable behaviour change in mobile students by providing effective tools to bridge the attitude-behaviour gap. It seeks to enhance universities’ societal impact through challenge-based learning and community engagement. By establishing the Green Erasmus label, it will encourage institutional change for sustainable internationalisation. Lastly, it will build a network of ambassadors to amplify its impact and ensure long-term adoption of sustainable practices.
▶Activities
The project features diverse activities, including qualitative and quantitative research to develop a self-assessment tool and online sustainability courses for students. A Living Lab and local projects will embed sustainability in curricula through challenge-based learning. A Community of Practice will co-create the Green Erasmus Label, while multiplier activities will empower change-makers and ensure the project's lasting impact.
▶Impact
The project will produce a theoretical framework for behaviour change models for sustainability, along with a self-assessment tool and online courses for students. An educational framework for challenge-based learning for sustainability will enhance universities’ societal impact. A Green Erasmus label will introduce a quality standard for sustainable internationalisation of higher education. A multiplier effect will be built through a network of Green Erasmus Ambassadors.
