ECICO addresses the issue of school and career guidance for students based on 3 key issues of inclusion and diversity: - Students from disadvantaged neighborhoods who are failing in school. - Students from immigrant and/or allophone backgrounds. - Students with disabilities. The aim is to create collaborative guidance resources and a methodology for students with special needs, and to enhance the pedagogical pathways created by educational teams.

ECICO is: - Peer-to-peer meetings (face-to-face, digital) and immersive pedagogy training; - Content production (videos, resources, methodological booklets) by teachers and students; - Getting to grips with the Europass tool to enhance basic skills and student employability; - Enhanced dissemination of productions on a local, national and European scale;

ECICO: - To enable the sharing of practices on educational and career guidance in Europe for pupils with special needs. - Support the development of students' skills in digital resources and guidance, and their application in teachers' practices. - To share productions and results with the European educational community, by disseminating them to teachers, educational institutions and political decision-makers.
