The project promotes STEM careers and gender equality, breaking barriers for girls and underrepresented groups. Led by TRALALERE (FR) with European Schoolnet (BE), CityLab (GR), and the Institute of Geophysics, Polish Academy of Sciences (PL), it develops interactive learning paths, video stories of diverse women in STEM, and an educator toolkit to enhance accessibility, inclusivity, and teacher training, driving systemic change across Europe.
