▶Objectives
The objectives of the InternshipConnect project are : - To implement a pilot initiative to facilitate the employability of people undergoing vocational integration or training via an innovative approach to immersion and/or work placements. - To propose a multi-disciplinary and multi-sectoral co-constructed strategy offering a flexible and transferable transnational vision. - The use of work placements as a tool for direct access to guidance, employment and/or training.
▶Activities
The project is structured around 4 Work Packages: - WP1 : Project management - WP2: Creation of a pilot and innovative bridging model to facilitate and secure work placements in the host organisations - WP3 : Setting up hubs to support experimentation in territorial and transnational ecosystems - WP4: Communication, capitalisation and dissemination The evaluation of the project will be piloted in WP3 and will cut across all the actions carried out as part of InternshipConnect.
▶Impact
The expected results and outcomes are : - The establishment of a co-constructed partnership for a transnational multidisciplinary ecosystem - The co-creation of a network of shared best practices - The definition of a common transnational educational strategy - The design of a pilot scheme and an innovative model to secure work placements - The proposal of a common approach to communication, dissemination, capitalisation and cross-disciplinary evaluation.
