Objectives

The overall objective is to develop support systems, mental health resources, and development programs tailored to Generation Z's needs. “Mind the Gap' aligns with the priority of addressing digital transformation by developing resilience, and capacity among Gen Z and within workplace environments. Through its comprehensive digital approach, the project not only addresses the immediate needs of Gen Z but also contributes to the broader objectives of digital transformation in society.

Activities

Based on newest research evidence that Gen Z are the least resilient generation, we focus on resilience and mental health through digital education. We will develop an e-learning program, an interactive e-Platform with podcasts and videos, a mobile application and the chatbot for individual requests. They will be pilot tested and validated before the production of final versions. A series of promotion activities will accompany the project. The outcomes are available until 2033.

Impact

E-training resources offering a multi-faceted educational experience promoting resilience and mental health that caters to Gen Z’s learning preferences and needs, and digital toolkits and guides for employers and work councils to integrate digital mental health support systems within workplace environments. Podcasts and videos to engage with content on the go. AIbased chatbot where users can quickly find answers to specific questions. Available in EN, FR, DE, GR, SI, SL, IT, BG, Ukrainian.
