▶Objectives
The project aims to PROMOTE THE SELF-ENTREPRENEURSHIP AND BUSINESS MANAGEMENT LITERACY IN DEAF LEARNERS ATTENDING ANY VET PATHS to improve their self-entrepreneurship knowledge and consequently to PROMOTE THEIR ENTRY INTO THE LABOUR MARKET AS SELF-EMPLOYED OR ENTREPRENEURS. Therefore, it will FILL IN THE CURRENT GAP OF TRANSVERSAL TRAINING OFFER ON BUSINESS MANAGEMENT AND SELF-ENTREPRENEURSHIP IN VET SYSTEM, able to provide the crucial skills to start efficiently a business.
▶Activities
The 1st thread of activities will deliver the Abc-D.E.af TRAINING TOOLKIT for VET trainers and their deaf learners to encourage the acquirement of self-entrepreneurship knowledge in deaf learners. The 2nd will create a VIRTUAL INCUBATOR HUB to support deaf learners in entering the labour market as entrepreneurs. Activities on the PM, the quality and the promotion will be foreseen to assure a smooth implementation. All the Partners will cooperate to set up them.
▶Impact
Project activities will develop: A TRAINING TOOLBOX with TRAINING PILLS, VIDEOS, and GUIDELINES, launched during LOCAL TRAINING SEMINARS (WP2); VIRTUAL INCUBATOR HUB with PROTOCOLS and a BADGE (WP3). They will be tested in EU VET centres and by the other project stakeholders.
