The challenge is to formalise a virtuous circle between the practices of managers, research and training, so that knowledge and skills can be mutually enriched. SCOPE aims to attract, motivate and retain talent to guarantee high-quality support.

Modelling a research-action process around the challenges posed, involving managers (both trainee and experienced), researchers/academics and trainers Co-constructing resources linked to the needs identified by capitalising on experience, research and existing innovations Developing an awareness-raising/training module enabling managers to analyse their individual and organisational positioning and develop appropriate managerial strategies

A collaborative model between stakeholders that responds to the challenges of flexibility and ongoing enrichment between training and the profession A digital toolbox as a base of documentary, training and methodological resources for managers A reflective and collaborative module to support managers, based on their knowledge of action and contributing to managerial empowerment, professional recognition and well-being in line with life projects.
