▶Objectives
The Preven Training project intend to support partnerships in the field of education and professional training addressed to health and social care workers and trainers providing them with specific skills in work-related stress management. In line with the priorities of the EU Agenda for professional training, Preven Training will provide for: -defining upskilling pathways, -strengthening soft skills development pathways, -developing tools to monitor the effectiveness of learning strategies
▶Activities
To achieve the objectives, partners will implement 3 products: -an online self-diagnostic game/test to allow participants to identify and assess the skill level of those soft skills necessary to deal with stressful work situations -an interactive path to facilitate health workers involved to learn -an electronic guide, to support the tools provided to trainers, which will contain notes and explanations relating to the online path, information resources, and theoretical references on soft skills
▶Impact
PREVEN intend to improve the quality of working life of social and healthcare workers. The expected results are : - reducing the risk of burn-out , by identifing its causes and the suitable soft skills as a factor in the prevention of negligent behavior, - working on the interaction of soft skills with the organizational characteristics of operational contexts, -involving institutions and professional organizations to intervene in the greatest number of working realities.
