We aim to reinforce Inclusion in Training and Youth, especially for the benefit of young people facing social and economic exclusion, (NEETs, refugees, rural youth), by providing career opportunities in the sustainable Blue sector and preparing and upskilling Youth Work representatives to support them. We want to achieve the creation of a new paradigm regarding the matching of employment offer and recruitment opportunities with young talent supported by quality Youth Work.

-An online Training Course on supporting sustainable Blue careers. -A Careers Depository with videos by sustainable Blue sector professionals. -A Community of Practice for the interaction of Blue economy companies, Youth Workers and young people in need of labour opportunities. -3 In-person Workshops featuring visits and demonstration on 6 sustainable Blue careers. -A Workshops Report including procedures, programs and guidance on how to implement a Blue careers Workshop.

Reduced unemployment and marginalization of young people by providing direct skills applicable to the Blue economy industries. Upskilled youth workers and trainers with tools, knowledge, and methodologies to support young people in exploring and entering blue careers. A more inclusive Blue sector. Strengthened collaboration among Youth, Blue economy employers, Training and local communities. Extending networks, capacity building and creativity across diverse Blue sectors in Europe and Türkiye.
