This project will develop the optional activity "Active life - healthy future", along with the creation of digital materials with the aim of raising students' awareness of the importance of movement and environmental awareness. The goal of the project is to encourage student dormitories to include the activity "Active life - healthy future" in their annual plans and programs, which will have a preventive, curative and formative role in terms of quality use of students' free time.
