We aim to enable Roma people to participate in educational programs, providing them with opportunities to acquire key skills necessary for active participation in society and the modern labor market (digital and soft skills, micro-credentials). By empowering Roma and raising awareness of the importance of education, we strive to foster social cohesion. The project also focuses on promoting lifelong learning and strengthening the capacities of adult education institutions.

Main Activities: WP1: Coordination, budget management, communication WP2: Research implementation (best practices, attitudes, barriers, and educational needs) and informational workshops WP3: Development of non-formal educational programs for strengthening digital and soft skills WP4: Implementation of non-formal educational programs and inclusion of the target group in accredited education programs; program evaluation WP5: Media campaign, dissemination, digital handbook, final conference

1. Research conducted on the educational needs of Roma and approaches to their inclusion in lifelong learning 2. Non-formal educational programs for strengthening soft and digital skills have been developed 3. At least 60 individuals have attended the developed non-formal programs 4. At least 15 individuals have completed an accredited education (micro-credentials) 5. A digital handbook has been developed (research results, developed educational programs, and project participants' experiences
