▶Objectives
The project's overall objective is the improvement of Diversity Equity and Inclusion principles in the educational and training environment, in line with the vision set out by the European Education Area. The project aims to contribute to strengthen the VET sector's capacity to meet the unique needs of disadvantaged learners significantly expanding their international mobility opportunities, increase their well-being and unlock their full potential while leveraging innovative AI tools.
▶Activities
The project activities include: identifying and outlining good practices and digital tools, including AI, to support disadvantaged learners' mobilities; developing an e-learning course for VET Teacher/Trainers/Tutors with measurable results; creating Guidelines and a Set of Recommendations for VET organizations to develop policies that facilitate mobility programs for disadvantaged learners; validating and integrating project outputs into VET organizations, implementing a strategic C&D plan.
▶Impact
A kit of educational resources and practical tools for VET TTTs to improve their competence in dealing with disadvantaged learners, particularly as regards the participation of this target audience in mobilities; a set of Guidelines and a Set of Recommendations to innovate organisation policies to face the problem; piloting of mobilities; a comprehensive CDS to support the project communication and dissemination activities including a project platform at disposal of the VET community.
