This project aims to connect key actors overcoming ethnic barriers through peer learning, knowledge exchange, and cross-border cooperation. It will build a sustainable network linking youth-led grassroots initiatives and academia to develop strategies for inter-ethnic cooperation. The project will also develop practical tools and policy recommendations as well as educate and empower youth to develop and lead effective conflict transformation and initiatives which foster inter-ethnic cooperation.

Online Database: Mapping key actors in inter-ethnic cooperation. Study Visits: Three cross-border knowledge-exchange visits. In-Depth Interviews: Identify challenges in youth work. training of trainers: Equip youth with practical skills. Artivist Action: Promote inclusive community engagement. โ–ถImpact

The project will enhance inter-ethnic cooperation by connecting key actors and fostering cross-border collaboration. It will produce a Handbook with practical conflict transformation tools and a Policy Brief with recommendations for national and EU stakeholders. Trained youth workers will apply new skills, while stakeholder meetings, a conference, and advocacy efforts will promote policy adoption. A social media campaign will increase visibility and public engagement.
