▶Objectives
The aim of the project is to create opportunities for farmers to gain information and knowledge about sustainability directly, individually and in groups. The aim is to create and operate a knowledge-sharing and self-learning network and information base. The aim is to cahnge farmers' attitudes and motivation. To disseminate relevant information on good sustainability practices to the wider society that embraces agriculture. To renew the activities of the applicant organisations.
▶Activities
A database of good practice farms in each sustainability sub-area will be created. These farms will host other farmers and share their practical experiences. Farmers will be introduced to each sustainability sub-area through group consultations. We will create an on-line knowledge base of written, audio and video material for public self-learning. We will operate a professional network of farmers and partners committed to sustainability
▶Impact
Participating farmers will be better prepared, better informed and more effective in applying sustainability principles on their farms. They will be able to identify development needs. Decision-makers and the wider public will be better informed about farmers' actions, responsibilities and tasks in relation to sustainability. A new sustainability network of farmers and partners will be created. Further Erasmus+ applications may be prepared to continue the project.
