▶Objectives
Innopod Solutions Ltd. and Harghita Business Center designed the project to develop a unique online learning platform for entrepreneurs with fewer opportunities, who are starting their business now or have been active for 1-5 years. On this platform they can find answers to the most important questions of starting a business, clarify roles and deal with internal conflicts. During the 12 months of the project, the online platform will be created, tested and disseminated with the help of experts.
▶Activities
In addition to project management and communication activities, and ongoing online work, the programme will include 4 workshops where the involved implementers (3-3 per partner) can work together on the outputs. We will also organise a testing period with 100 respondents and provide them with 100 hours of counselling. We will then make the finalised output products based on the results available to anyone through 2 face-to-face and 1 online dissemination event.
▶Impact
Our main achievements in the project are the creation of 1 self-development online learning platform and the related workbook, counselling to 100 entrepreneurs, the help them interpret the results of the questionnaire, and the personal access to 90 professionals during the dissemination process. Other important results include the strengthening of the network of partners, the development of the digital skills of the implementers involved and the creation of a community of target group members.
