▶Objectives
Our aim is to compile a methodological guide that can be used internationally, that develops logical and problem solving skills and that can enhance student competences and broaden methodological tools of teachers. Participation in the project will likely help students with learning disabilities. Taking part in compiling tasks, the possibility of international cooperation, and experimental acquisition of knowledge will improve their motivation.
▶Activities
The centre of activities is focused on the compilation of a varied methodological guide which can develop competences. This guide can be used in enhancing students' problem-solving and logical thinking while they actively cooperate in compiling and implementing the tasks. These tasks can be used among high school students with different educational backgrounds and skills.
▶Impact
The project develops students' mathematical and linguistic competences and reading comprehension skills, thus enhancing their chances for a successful future carreer. Participating schools will get a teaching guide that can be used in the long run and that will be widely disseminated. Although logical skills and problem solving thinking cannot be related to a subject, we can assess measurable output in the field of mathematics. Our aim is to improve students’ average mathematical results by 10%.
