Early childhood inst. systems and care pathways will become transparent at regional level, highlighting the points of intervention, adaptable and integrable elements. As a result of the project, professionals will become more aware of how to identify and manage the child pathway and will strengthen intersectoral cooperation. Methodological knowledge transfer will improve professional competence, parent groups will increase parental awareness. Links between organisations will be strengthened.
