▶Objectives
The VoWoCo project aims to empower women entrepreneurs, support career transitions, and foster leadership development. With structured mentoring, digital training and policy recommendations disseminated widely through associated partners. Through cross-sector collaboration and co-creation, VoWoCo will drive innovation, gender equality, and economic resilience, ensuring a lasting impact across Europe.
▶Activities
The VoWoCo project will implement three key activities: (1) Evidence-Based Situation Analysis of women entrepreneurs - conducting focus groups and surveys with at least 32 stakeholders to identify skill gaps; (2) Online Learning Platform – developing multilingual training on entrepreneurship, leadership, and innovation; (3) Pilots of Mentoring Programme – 1 pilot per partners in in a co-creation model to develop innovative business plans and foster career growth.
▶Impact
The VoWoCo project will deliver key results, including a comprehensive research report, a multilingual online learning platform, and a structured mentoring programme involving 40 mentors and 80 women entrepreneurs. It will produce policy recommendations on upskilling and reskilling and reach at least 3,000 stakeholders through dissemination. The project fosters innovation, gender equality, and long-term economic impact across Europe.
