Objectives

Equipping cultural professionals with skills to design arts-based interventions for wellbeing. Creating sustainable cross-sector collaboration between creative and healthcare professionals. Developing and testing practical cultural welfare methodologies in real-world settings. Building a digital platform to connect creative professionals with social/healthcare institutions. Influencing policy to integrate arts-based approaches into welfare systems.

Activities

C3-WELL will map best practices in cultural welfare across Europe through comprehensive research and cross-sectoral workshops in 5 countries. We'll train professionals through structured learning labs, implement pilot programs in real welfare settings, organize international mobility exchanges, and create a digital matchmaking hub connecting cultural and welfare sectors. We'll develop evidence-based policy recommendations and organize local dissemination events culminating in a conference.

Impact

C3-WELL will produce a practical framework for integrating methodologies into welfare services, engage 500+ citizens in innovative cultural activities through pilot programs, create a comprehensive training toolkit for cultural and welfare professionals, and develop policy recommendations for sustainable implementation. We'll establish a digital hub facilitating cross-sector collaboration, expanding career opportunities for professionals while enhancing mental well-being support systems.
