Objectives

The project aims to equip front-line managers in the VET sector with essential leadership skills to improve organisational efficiency and employee satisfaction. It focuses on developing competencies in communication, team management, and strategic thinking through scenario-based learning and NLP techniques. By integrating a flexible, self-paced e-learning platform, the project ensures continuous professional development, fostering inclusive and effective leadership in diverse VET environments.

Activities

The project will begin with a needs analysis to identify leadership challenges in VET institutions, ensuring the training is tailored to real-world needs. A structured leadership training programme will be developed, incorporating scenario-based learning and NLP techniques. A digital e-learning platform will provide self-paced modules, self-help tools, and certification. The training will be tested through LTTA and pilot sessions in VET institutions and refined based on the received feedback.

Impact

The project will improve organisational efficiency and employee satisfaction in VET industries. It will foster inclusive leadership, enabling managers to support diverse teams and create a more collaborative workplace. By strengthening leadership, it will reduce staff turnover, enhance team cohesion, and improve well-being, fostering a motivated workforce. The digital e-learning platform will ensure lasting access to leadership training for continuous professional development.
