The project aims to enhance the quality and recognition of youth work, particularly in rural, disadvantaged, and minority communities. It develops youth strategies and action plans to strengthen young people's active social participation. Additionally, it prioritizes the professional development of youth workers, the dissemination of innovative methodologies, and the promotion of cooperation between local governments and youth organisations.

The project includes workshops, training sessions, and professional discussion platforms aimed at strengthening cooperation between young people, youth workers, and decision-makers. Project activities involve conducting research analyses, developing youth strategies and action plans, and implementing comprehensive training programs. Additionally, the project supports the establishment of professional networks and facilitates policy dialogue to enhance the quality and recognition of youth work.

As a result of the project, research analyses will be conducted to identify opportunities and challenges in the development of youth work. A digitally supported participation model will be created to help young people engage in decision-making processes. The project supports the development of methodological innovations applicable at both local and international levels and establishes cooperation mechanisms that ensure the long-term sustainability of youth work.
