Better understanding of intercultural communication principles by the participants and their daily application. Development of confidence and competence in communicating with people from different cultural backgrounds. The participants will be provided practical skills to de-escalate conflicts and promote mutual understanding in a multicultural environment. Strengthening cooperation between organisations and capacity-building efforts can lead to long-term improvements in migrant support services

1. Kick-off Meeting to establish a common understanding of project goals, roles, and responsibilities. 2. Multicultural Communication Training to train participants in intercultural communication principles and practical conflict resolution. 3. An online meeting will be held to create a final version of the Methodology handbook. 4. Local Meetings on the Adaptation of the Methodology handbook. 5. Project management.

Participants will be better equipped to navigate diverse cultural contexts. The enhanced quality of services will translate into more effective support and services for migrant communities. The development of the Methodology Handbook will serve as a valuable resource for organisations working with migrants and promote best practices.
