Objectives

SMART Obj. by M18 is to enhance addictions recognition &prevention strategies by strengthening the capacity of 3 partner organizations to support VET teachers/trainers/mentors/staff. We will achieve this through a holistic approach that integrates non-formal learning, mentoring, coaching &change management (transnational training & VET-AWARE pathway) while promoting EU civic engagement & bottom-up action (awareness campaigns), overall promoting more equitable & inclusive learning environments.

Activities

-3 transnational trainings as exchange of good practice & skills development events (M2 IE, M7 IT, M12 NO) -Development of VET-AWARE pathway for VET organisations, professionals & stakeholders for addictions’ prevention & recognition through a holistic approach -Focus groups (M2-18) to engage students/apprentices & stakeholders in outputs development -5 awareness campaigns (M14-18) as Erasmus Club events to raise awareness on addictions & promote bottom-up local participation.

Impact

-1 EU network for addiction prevention -3 transnational training events -1 VET-AWARE pathway -5 awareness campaigns engaging 90 participants -focus groups on local level engaging 45 participants -80% increased capacity & professionalism of 3 EU partners to work at EU level -70% professionals more able to embed new & innovative teaching & training approaches -85% participants’ improved understanding &appreciation of EU values
