RESIST aims to strengthen crisis resilience among social entrepreneurs by equipping adult educators with structured training resources, a digital self-assessment tool, and a comprehensive knowledge base. The project ensures that social enterprises can anticipate, manage, and recover from crises by providing practical strategies, risk management tools, and adaptive learning pathways, fostering long-term sustainability in the social economy.

RESIST follows a structured, multi-phase approach. Based on expert consultations, we will develop a Competence Framework, a modular curriculum, a digital assessment tool, and an interactive Knowledge Hub. These resources will be tested with educators and social entrepreneurs, ensuring usability and relevance. Stakeholder engagement and targeted dissemination strategies will ensure broad adoption in adult education and social enterprise training programs across Europe.

The project empowers adult educators with the skills and tools to integrate crisis resilience education into social entrepreneurship training. Social entrepreneurs will benefit from structured learning materials, personalized resilience assessments, and access to a curated Knowledge Hub. By embedding crisis resilience education into adult learning programs, RESIST ensures long-term impact, strengthening the ability of social enterprises to sustain operations in times of crisis.
