Objectives

The project aims to support the transformation of European VET institutions' approach to gender equality by providing institutions with systematic tools for developing and implementing Gender Equality Plans (GEPs) and implementing an ethically designed AI-powered virtual simulation platform for experiential learning about gender bias. This dual approach promotes sustainable gender- responsive practices in VET and responsibly integrates AI in educational settings for promoting gender equality.
