▶Objectives
CareerPath to EmployAIbility aims to enhance AI-digital literacy among career guidance practitioners, integrate AI-driven career support into VET institutions and employment services aligned with labour market trends; and create a structured mentoring and capacity-building transferable framework. The project also aims to enhance disadvantaged job seekers and VET learners’ skills through a customised chatGPT and digital peer mentoring using media didactics, improving their employability.
▶Activities
The project will involve 20 guidance practitioners from VET and employment provider settings to engage in a Community of Practice CoP across 4 partner countries; consult and validate co-designed AI-tools with further 60 practitioners based on a six-step AI-powered career guidance model & peer mentoring training and test customised chatGPT with 120 VET learners and job seekers, integrating AI-driven tools into daily career guidance and VET settings of at least 20 additional associated partners.
▶Impact
The project will develop customised ChatGPT solutions to support disadvantaged VET learners and job seekers' employability; Providing AI-focused peer mentoring training for career guidance practitioners in VET and employment settings; and Integrating AI skill-building into non-IT VET programs, preparing learners for evolving labor market demands. Bridging AI training gaps, improving career counseling efficiency, and addressing AI-driven labor market disparities, through a transferable model.
