Through innovative VET curricula, employer-led DEI strategies, and a digital learning hub, we will break career barriers and foster industry-wide change. With a strong focus on Ukraine, we ensure women in crisis-affected regions access bespoke training and career opportunities yo realise their potential.

INTA will implement five key work packages to transform VET and industry inclusivity. WP1 ensures strong project management and quality control. WP2 conducts gender mapping and industry research to identify barriers. WP3 develops VET-aligned training, leadership courses, and a digital platform. WP4 creates a DEI toolkit for employers, driving inclusive hiring and leadership. WP5 scales impact through awareness campaigns and industry adoption, including a strong focus on Ukraine.

VINTA will fill critical gaps in vocational education and industry inclusion by delivering specialized training, leadership pathways, and employer-driven DEI strategies. It will produce VET-aligned courses, a digital learning hub, and an industry-wide DEI toolkit, ensuring women gain skills, career mobility, and leadership roles. By targeting Ukraine and underrepresented regions, VINTA will provide access to training, break barriers, and create a more inclusive drinks sector.
