▶Objectives
The project aims to develop structured training, resources, and support mechanisms to improve the quality and accessibility of youth theatre and dance across Europe. It seeks to strengthen the skills of young cultural practitioners, promote inclusive artistic practices, and address employment challenges in the cultural sector by training facilitators who can integrate theatre and dance into youth work settings.

This project includes the following activites: Project coordination and quality management Promotion and sustainability strategies Online and transnational meetings Three booklets on: - Principles and Practice of Drama Facilitation - Principles and Practice of Dance Facilitation - Youth Voice: facilitating young people’s expression in public forums Local implementation and supervised practice Exchange of artists Follow-up and evaluation meetings Multiplier events

3 online manuals on drama, dance, and inclusive facilitation for youth work. 12 freely accessible online videos illustrating youth drama and dance principles. A 100-hour training course in youth theatre and dance facilitation. 40 cultural youth workers trained across 4 courses. 4 mobilities where trainers exchange expertise across partners. Supervised practice where trainees deliver workshops with youth groups. 10 online clinics and a community fostering peer support among trainees.
