- We will have three gatherings during two years, where we share practices and create common goals - During these activities, we will also create a common schedule of action based activities to implement and share - During the school year, we will have digital meetings in sharing experiences, challenges and modyfing plans

- Having an integrated system of mentoring and inclusion strategies at our schools - Having common strategies in order to reduce turnover rates - We will have created a cooperation that could continue to develop after the project period: The possibilities to configure and expand the project. - Material to share and to be used for us and other schools
