TSAA wants to impact the development of transversal skills among adults by directly building the competences of adult educators in transversal skills development and assessment. TSAA wants to provide adult educators with a digital tool for easy assessment and communication of transversal skills development among their learners. An effective assessment tool both reinforces transversal skills understanding and offers actionable results for educators so they can tailor instruction accordingly.

TSAA will develop a transversal skills rubric based assessment methodology on which to base training and digital tool development. Partners will develop and deliver a train the trainer course and manual, preparing them to deliver training to adult educators. The adult educators will pilot the tool and trainers will provide mentoring and 1- class observation per educator. All educators participate in a shared learning event at the end of the piloting to deepen their learning.

*8 trainers increased competence in transversal skills (TS) training & assessment capable of training educators beyond the project; received a certificate *20 adult educators increased competence in TS development & assessment; found the tool helpful in supporting their learning & as a tool in their classroom to guide their instruction; will continue to use it with their learners. *The transversal skills assessment tool available in 5 languages (EN, IS, DE, ES and Sl)
