The project aims to bring meaningful and lasting improvements in rehabilitation and habilitation for the group of elderly and adults who have vision loss due to brain injury. By ensuring that the group has equal access to training and habilitation and essential services and offer open access training material. Raise awareness among professionals as non-professionals, caregivers and policymakers on the needs of people with vision loss due to brain injury to have a better support.

To raise awareness among professionals, caregivers on the status of people who have vision loss due to brain injury. Create an analyze of existing rehabilitation programs that are offering support for people who have vision loss due to brain injury Identify gaps in rehabilitation on vision for people who have vison loss due to brain injury Use the tool and research from this project for future rehabilitation of vision for poeple who have vision loss due to brain injury.

We expect to equip rehabilitation professionals, caregivers, and educators with specialized skills and knowledge to better support individuals with vision loss due to brain injury. Provide a training programs that can be integrated into existing professional development frameworks. Provide open-access training materials that remain available for ongoing use by organizations and individuals. Increase knowledge and awareness among different stakeholders about vision loss after brain injury.
