▶Objectives
BAG aims to: enhancing awareness of VET learners/young workers in tourism sector on the impact of tourism, investigating sustainable best practices in each partner country; designing a Training Module for the development of specific competencies about sustainability and tourism management that VET providers can integrate in their offer; implementing a EU network in sustainable tourism to give continuity to the share of experiences, stimulate new cooperations and mobilities among countries.
▶Activities
- Transversal activities: project management, monitoring, internal and external dissemination; transnational cooperation and 3 transnational meeting (one in each partner country); - Research activity and designing of Digital Booklet; - Designing and piloting of BAG Training Module; - Implementation of multiplier events (one in each country) - Designing and Launch of BAG virtual community - Final Conference for the sharing of results and exploitation plan for the sustainability of the project.
▶Impact
BAG will develop: a Digital Booklet of good practices of sustainable tourism in each partner country, developed through desk research and surveys that highlights human capital; a specific Training Module for the acquisition of the strategic competencies for the sustainable tourism sector, that can have a european meaningfulness and can enrich VET offers in each partner country; a European network developed through a virtual community that connects sustainable tourism practices.
