The main project activities include: -Project management and coordination -Kick-Off Meeting to define governance and operational tools. -Bootcamp for VET trainers → Intensive training with gamification, simulations, and real case studies to strengthen support skills for small NGOs. -EU Partnership Lab → Online and local workshops to enhance networking and partnership-building strategies for small NGOs. -Communication and dissemination → A multichannel strategy to ensure project visibility
