50+ GO DIGITAL aims to bridge the digital skills gap among 150+ workers aged 50+ in 50 SMEs, ensuring employability and workplace adaptability. The project will support SMEs in adopting DigCompOrg, create a micro-credential framework for skills validation, and train 20+ VET providers to deliver sector-specific digital training, embedding digital upskilling into workforce policies for long-term impact.
▶Activities
Through this project, partners will: Analyse sectoral needs to identify digital skill gaps. Develop sector-specific digital training modules for 150+ workers and 50 SMEs. Establish a micro-credential framework for skills recognition. Implement the 50+ GO DIGITAL Upskilling Hub for self-assessment, training, and certification. Test and validate training with 150+ workers and 50 SMEs. Organise five national roundtables and one EU Forum to ensure scalability and policy impact.
