The development of : an employability training curriculum tailored for visually impaired learners' need a pedagogic guide for VET educators to cater to the specific needs of visually impaired learners an AI-powered application to support VET educators to make their lessons more inclusive and to give career guidance to the visually impaired learners a strategy for VET institutes and local employers to collaborate to creat a more inclusive employabaility system
▶Impact
The VISTA project will result in a more accessible and inclusive VET system for visually impaired learners, incorporating assistive technologies and AI-driven career guidance tools. Expected outcomes include enhanced employability for VIIs through targeted skill development, stronger links between VET institutions and employers to create inclusive job opportunities, and the widespread adoption of best practices for digital accessibility and inclusion across education and employment sectors.
