By bridging the gap between vocational training and labor market demands, SEA ensures that both workers and businesses prosper in the green transition. The project supports economic growth, job creation, and environmental responsibility, making sustainability an accessible and profitable reality by a structured approach combining training, mentoring, and consulting, businesses able to provide (with the AI support) to tourism business operator personalized guidance tailored to their unique needs.

The project is organized into five WPs ● WP1: Management and Quality Assurance (1-36 months) ● WP2: Course for Tourism Green Sustainable Certification Auditors ● WP3: Training and Mentoring/Consulting for Tourism Green Sustainable Certification in Project Areas ● WP4: Implementation of AI-Powered E-Learning Platform (8-36 months) ● WP5: Communication and Stakeholder Engagement (1-36 months)

Main concrete results are: 30 workers trained in sustainability certifications 4 pilot courses delivered AI learning platform based on knowledge private domain At least 30 Coaching Session addressed to the target group for achieve a Green certification 20 SMEs supported in obtaining green certifications Nine Green certification submission At least new 6 Tourism Green Certificated Operators
