โ–ถObjectives

ESG4GLAM will implement a Training Course and an ESG Knowledge Box to provide to GLAM (Galleries, Libraries,Archives,Museums) professionals skills and competencies in applying ESG (Environment,Social.Governance) principles in their own institution. Through a deep needs analysis will be developed contents and materials, for the training activities that will be tested on Partners' GLAM professionals and on European Professionals. A fine-tuning activity will allow to deliver the consolidated tools

โ–ถActivities

We'll implement the following activities: -Definition of skills and competences needed for ESG professionals in the cultural sector. Will be detected the needs and will be built a competency framework -Production of training course and platform prototype. The contents will be developed from competency framework -Testing and validation of the Training Course and Platform. The training activities will be tested in presence on 3 groups of GLAM professionals and online on a wider professionals group

โ–ถImpact

The main results will be the ESG Training course for the GLAM sector and the ESG Knowledge Box. We expect to increase the skills of the cultural sector, providing ESG competencies. The competencies acquired will allow several GLAM entities to innovate their ESG approach and to produce a Sustainability report, a pivotal tool to analyze and to demonstrate a greener, more inclusive and better-governed pathway of an organization. ESG4GLAM has the potential to significantly change the sector approach
